The beneficiary must be Muslim. Hajj by proxy is only valid for someone who has passed away, an elderly person or someone with an incurable illness who no longer has the physical ability to perform the pilgrimage themselves.
The Prophet ﷺ explicitly permitted Hajj to be performed on behalf of a deceased person, particularly when they had vowed to perform it or had been unable to do so during their lifetime.
A Muslim with an incurable illness, a disability or advanced old age that makes them permanently unable to travel to Makkah. Performing it by proxy is permissible in this case according to the consensus of scholars.

Hajj Badal is the major pilgrimage performed in Makkah on behalf of another person — someone who has passed away or a Muslim who is permanently physically unable to travel there. It is a practice established by the Sunnah of the Prophet ﷺ.
Yes. Hajj is one of the five pillars of Islam, obligatory once in a lifetime for every Muslim who has the physical and financial ability to perform it. Hajj Badal allows this obligation to be fulfilled for a loved one who could not perform it during their lifetime or who has lost the ability to do so.
The beneficiary must be Muslim (deceased, incurably ill or elderly). The person performing it must have already performed their own Hajj (a condition taken from the hadith of Shubrumah), be Muslim and know the rites. The acts are carried out by Islamic sciences students in Makkah who meet all these conditions.
Hajj is a five-day pilgrimage that takes up the performer’s time entirely. The price covers the official Hajj permit (annual visa and quota), accommodation in Mina, Arafat and Muzdalifah during the rites, transport between the sites, and the ritual sacrifice (Hady) when required.
Hajj lasts five days. The video proofs and the certificate of completion are sent to you on WhatsApp in the days following the end of the pilgrimage.
